This New Year’s Eve, The Hub on Verulam transforms for Midnight in Monte Carlo: a night inspired by the glamour of the Riviera, with casino tables, champagne, cocktails, live music and a late-night celebration to welcome 2027.

RIVIERA JET SETTER
£100 per person
For those who like to start the celebrations early.
Arrival from 5.30pm | Dinner at 6.00pm.
Begin the evening with a glass of fizz before sitting down to a three-course dinner, accompanied by live music and followed by a cocktail. After dinner, make your way into the heart of the party, take your chances at the casino tables and settle in for an evening of music, drinks and dancing as we count down to midnight.

Your restaurant table will be reserved until 8.00pm, after which the table will be prepared for our later dinner guests. You’re then invited to continue the evening throughout the Concourse and bar areas, with additional seating available subject to availability.

GRAND CASINO ELITE
£120 per person
Our signature New Year’s Eve experience.
Arrival from 7.00pm | Dinner at 8.30pm.
Arrive to a glass of fizz and an hour on the casino floor before taking your seat for dinner.
Enjoy a three-course set menu, live music and an after-dinner cocktail, with your restaurant table reserved as your own for the entire evening. As dinner draws to a close, the music turns up, the DJ takes over and Monte Carlo after dark comes to life.

Arrival from 9.00pm
Step straight into the celebrations with casino tables, live music and drinks at the bar before our DJ takes the party through to midnight.
