Movie Synopsis
An inquisitive little monkey spends his first Halloween out in the countryside, where a friend tells him the local legend of a hat-snatching, headless scarecrow said to roam on Halloween night. Determined to find out whether the tale is true, the pair set off to catch evidence of the mysterious figure while also getting ready for the town's costume contest.
