Movie Synopsis
After a police officer and his loyal dog are both critically injured in an explosion, emergency surgeons graft the dog's head onto the officer's body, creating an unlikely crime-fighting hero. He must protect his city from a scheming supervillain cat, whose surprise fatherhood of a good-natured clone leads to an unexpected friendship.
