Movie Synopsis
In the summer of 1975, a college dropout travels to a New England fishing town chasing a romantic interest and, after lying his way into a job, lands work as a dishwasher in a seafood restaurant kitchen. Immersed in the chaos and camaraderie of the kitchen, he discovers an unexpected calling that sets him on the path to a career in professional cooking.
